A stay here was quite pleasant! The room was immaculate, featuring a cozy king bed and a small couch, which was a nice touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I didn't expect the hot breakfast, which was a delightful surprise! I would definitely return to this lovely hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the comfy king bed and the delightful breakfast spread that got my day started right. The cozy pool area was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and I loved having the option to relax outside. One small downside was that the fitness center could use a bit more equipment, but overall it was a fantastic experience! 🌟

Had an awesome time with friends visiting the Tabasco Factory and exploring hiking trails nearby. The hotel was clean and the staff was super helpful, made our stay enjoyable. Definitely check out the live music spots in the historic downtown area!

Upon arrival, the hotel's exterior presented a mess with broken furniture scattered outside, creating a less than welcoming first impression. Inside, the lobby was disorganized with old furniture that detracted from the ambiance. The smell of cigarette smoke was unavoidable on the third floor, despite claims of being smoke-free, which was off-putting. Our room had visible drywall dust and was not thoroughly cleaned, indicating neglect. Additionally, there were issues with room security. our first room's door didn't latch properly and lacked basic safety features. The breakfast offerings were minimal, leaving much to be desired.

The location was convenient for our visit to Avery Island, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Tabasco Factory. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Liza, who made our stay more comfortable. Plus, the room was spacious enough for our family, including my nephew.

In my wife’s opinion, there should’ve been more seating for families at breakfast.

Breakfast options were impressive with a good variety. The elevator had a musty odor, which was off-putting.

The check-in process was frustrating due to the lack of staff. Our room wasn't cleaned properly, as there were dirty towels left behind. Additionally, we found the breakfast options to be very limited and unappealing, which compounded our overall disappointment.

my stay at comfort inn was decent. the location was handy, close to restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly during check-in, making the process smooth. the pool area had a nice vibe, which is a plus for relaxation.
